“ Not happy with the quote I received for shocks only on my vehicle. I’ve worked in shops before and this job should take 2-3 hours to replace shocks. The service writer Moises told me this was an 8 hour job….. You can google the labor time on just about everything nowadays. This estimate for labor time was over at least 5 hours and at 250 dollars an hour that’s over 1,000 dollars labor time. That’s not padding the bill that’s theft. This is why dealerships have the reputation they do. I suggest you find a mechanic you trust at a privately owned shop. Service writer Adam reached out to me and tried to clarify some errors that were made during my visit. He was very helpful and cleared up some confusion that was much appreciated. Thank you, Adam. ”
“ Purchased a brand new Tahoe Z71 from this dealership two weeks ago. Actually had it bought before it hit their lot. I live in a state that doesn’t require front license plates. Instead of using clips or brackets or even putting the temp tag in the window, they chose to drill holes into the molding of my brand new vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I removed the front holder to find the holes they drilled. They said they’d plug the holes and paint it. Totally unacceptable. The vehicle is brand new. It is not a used vehicle with blemishes already. It needs to be replaced with a new one! ”

“ Place has gone down. My wife had a bad experience 3 years ago where they treated her like horribly. I though maybe this was a one time incident but then it happened to me and I stopped going. I went against my better judgement by trying to save time and not having to go to two different dealerships. I get complimentary state inspection here and I decided get oil change. They have always accepted a competitors coupon and this time the service manager straight up told me no because it was way too much of a discount compared to their normal pricing. However they sent in the mail a coupon pamphlet stating bring a competitors coupon and we'll match it. Ive reported them to Chevrolet Corporate and I hope something is done about it. Don't go here take your money somewhere else l, where they'll appreciate you as a consumer. ”
“ Well originally we had a pretty good experience when we first purchased a vehicle. We then noticed that when the windows are up or down at times it makes the worst noise ever it's so irritating 😒 😤. I then expressed that there was an issue they never wrote it down they didn't look at it and when they did they said they didn't see or hear anything wrong. The vehicle was brand new but, obviously with an issue that they don't want to fix and don't investigate it enough so the review is if you purchase a vehicle from here make sure they note everything from beginning to end.
