I’ve been going to Pohanka since I got my first car there in 2009. I took my car in today, and Adam was very helpful in explaining what was causing the issues I had. The bill was higher than I would like, but I trusted the team to take care of me. I also appreciated the complimentary Uber ride Adam set up to take me home when it turned out my repairs would take a couple of hours. The ride arrived within five minutes, and I had a lovely chat with the driver. Once the repair was complete, Adam gave me a call to let me know I was all set and that he was able to find a couple of discounts he could give me to help out with the cost. Once again, I clearly explained that I required same-day vehicle return due to childcare obligations and was assured there would be no issue. Once again, I received no communication. When I called for a status update around 3:00 PM, I was told the technician did not arrive until approximately 2:00 PM and was asked whether I wanted repairs to begin. By the end of January 22nd, my vehicle had been at the dealership for two full days, with only an oil change completed, despite a scheduled appointment and repeated assurances.
